Terms of service
These terms describe the core conditions for using the LightSwap public MVP. They are written to clarify rates, fees, wallet responsibility, and support handling.
Quotes and availability
LightSwap provides rate estimates and quote flows for supported asset pairs. Displayed rates are time-sensitive and may change before an order is created or if market conditions move.
Supported assets and route availability can change without notice. LightSwap may reject, pause, or limit a quote when the route is unavailable or operational checks require it.
Fees and third-party costs
External wallet, gas, miner, validator, or originating network fees are separate and are not controlled by LightSwap.
You are responsible for reviewing the displayed rate, estimated receive amount, and transaction details before submitting a swap.
Wallet and transaction responsibility
The service is wallet-first, but you remain responsible for the wallet, addresses, and networks you use. Review the destination address carefully before sending funds because blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
Sending the wrong asset, the wrong amount, or funds over an unsupported network can delay or prevent completion and may require manual review.
Delays, failed swaps, and refunds
Most swaps are expected to complete after the required network confirmations, but timing depends on blockchain conditions, route processing, and deposit accuracy.
If a swap is delayed, underfunded, or cannot be completed, support and refund handling follow the order conditions and the status of that route. Keep the quote ID and transaction hash available for support.
Compliance and service limits
LightSwap does not require creating a platform account to start the standard flow, but additional review or information may still be required where route conditions, jurisdiction, or compliance obligations demand it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LightSwap provides the public MVP on an as-available basis and is not responsible for indirect losses, market movement, or third-party network failures outside its control.
